ON WRITING A POEM

-It’s easy…
tell yourself, ‘if I don’t write
something right now,
the world is going to explode!’

-Who wants such devastation
on their cosmic conscience?

-So, of course, I grab my pen,
put on my SuperPoet suit,
and whoosh! off to Word Jungle
on a poem safari.
