-In the paint room,
two sections:
“COLOR” & “BLACK & WHITE” –
-In the “LOVE” wing are signs that say,
“IDEAL” & “ETERNAL” –
The “UNREQUITED” room is boarded up.
-The place is spotless…
on the packing tables
dreams are examined
for possible nightmare infection,
then shrink-wrapped & loaded
onto the UDS -United Dream Service- light-blue truck.
-At 5:00 p.m., the whistle blows,
dreams are momentarily put on hold.
-Outside, thousands picket with large signs that read,
“MINE DIDN’T COME TRUE!!”
