ANNOUNCEMENT
I’m pleased to announce that two of my poems,
“At the Hospital” and “A North Hollywood Ending”
will appear in the “Pacific Coast Poetry Series
Anthology of Los Angeles Poets”, which will be
published in the fall and distributed nationwide.
So please allow me to introduce them to you, and
when the book comes out please be in the
audience at one of the book-signing events.
“At the Hospital” I wrote after I visited my
dear departed sister Argentina, at a hospital
on E. 61st street, in Manhattan. It only took
me about 15 minutes to write it… one of those
poems that demand to be written, pronto!
“A North Hollywood Ending” is one of my favor-
ites… I used to frequent that store; it was
a personal loss when it closed.
