-It seems that not too many Californians were aware
that Proposition 420 was on the ballot, or that it had
won by a wide margin.
-It stated that anyone caught NOT under the influence
of marijuana or other mind-altering substance, whether
in public or in private, shall be punished to the full
extent of the law.
-First-time offenders will spend three months at a Golden
Triangle pot farm in Northern California, where they will
be trained as Leaf Inspectors and Bud Quality-Control
Assistants.
