THE FrancEyE POEM
(’07) – FrancEyE (RIP) was the nom de plume
of Frances Dean Smith, fine Venice poet, former
Mrs. Bukowski. We used to exchange poems; she sent
me one once titled “THE CROSSWORD CURSE” – (At the
time I was making my living creating crossword puzzles.)
