A conveyor belt
of Pacific storms…
sliding hillsides in
Malibu, Pacific Coast Highway
and the Hollywood Hills…
sinkholes, potholes,
flooded intersections,
rising tide, waves,
freeway pile-ups, tornado…
death of a thousand-year-old oak,
L.A. river helicopter rescue,
an inch an hour,
Sepulveda basin flooded…
State Highway 166 collapses,
three civilians &
two Highway Patrolmen killed.
